Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns must be authorized by emailing customerservice@daniellefichera.com number within 14 days of delivery date. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have original packaging and order number. Returns that are damaged, altered or marked may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

In order to expedite the successful processing of your return, please securely wrap the returned item in the original packaging it was delivered in.

Always include a daytime phone number and email address in case we need to contact you about your return.

Your returned item will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. If you have provided the appropriate contact information, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt and processing of your return.   All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to place the order. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Can I Return An Item I Received As A Gift?
An item that was a gift can be returned for a refund, which will be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the refund is complete. If you choose to receive store credit you may.
